As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve and impact our daily lives, HeyBryan recognizes the need for a safe and affordable delivery service to help the elderly, or anyone unable to pick up essential supplies.
Here’s what we’re doing to help
Effective immediately in our active regions of the Greater Toronto Area, BC’s Lower Mainland, and Calgary, AB, we are waiving our HeyBryan service fee on all Pickup & Delivery tasks booked through the HeyBryan app for the next 30 days.
We’ve also asked all our regular home maintenance experts to sign up as Delivery experts – in order to meet the growing demand for this service.
Safety is our top priority
As always, safety remains are top priority. All HeyBryan experts have been advised to follow these safe health practices:
- Wash hands frequently
- Use hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes in vehicle
- Wear gloves
- Don’t accept tasks if feeling unwell
- Avoid direct contact with you, the customer
- Leave packages only where instructed
Remember, all payments happen in-app with HeyBryan so there’s no need for cash exchanges at your home. This means you can continue to follow all social distancing guidelines.
