HeyBryan is a tech-enabled platform based out of Vancouver that started as a passion project by friends, who experienced first-hand how difficult it was to find trusted, reliable and easily accessible home maintenance experts. Their mission was to create a central location where homeowners could go to easily and quickly contact qualified and vetted professionals (experts) to fix their home maintenance needs, including dishwasher repair, home-cleaning service, painting and handy-man services just to name a few.

What you’ll bring:

The Customer Success team is pivotal in ensuring our customers and experts are supported to ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue and loyalty. This is not a call center, scripted support environment, we are seeking an independent and passionate team member to become apart of our front line support and bridge the gap of communication between our internal teams, experts and customers. This is a full-time role working in our Gastown, Vancouver office! Schedules may vary with evenings and/or weekend coverage (let’s find something that works for you!)
